File Handling & Privacy

How Arimota handles self-service tool data and assisted review submissions.

Arimota is designed to help VTOL builders review configuration files, compare aircraft setups, and prepare safer props-off bench checks. This page explains what stays in your browser, what is submitted for expert review, and how review materials are handled.

Client-side self-service tools

Parameter files stay local during browser-based analysis

Parameter files are parsed locally inside your browser when you use the self-service Parameter Tool. Arimota does not upload raw configuration files to its servers during that self-service analysis flow.
  • Your browser reads the file so the tool can inspect configuration lanes and generate findings.
  • You may export or save the findings for your own records.
  • The self-service workflow is intended to help you prepare safer props-off checks before another retest.
Assisted review requests

Files submitted through the intake form are handled for the requested audit only

Files submitted via the intake form are encrypted in transit, used strictly for the requested audit, and raw uploads are deleted post-review.
  • Submitted materials may include parameter files, logs, photos, notes, and other evidence relevant to the review you requested.
  • Those materials are used to prepare the review, comparison, or troubleshooting guidance you asked for.
  • If a summary, findings list, or change plan is returned to you, those deliverables may retain derived observations while the raw uploads are removed after the review workflow is complete.
Operational boundaries

What this service does and does not promise

  • Arimota review outputs are intended to support troubleshooting, bench verification, and safer decision-making.
  • They do not replace your responsibility to verify aircraft behavior props-off, follow manufacturer guidance, and confirm safe setup before flight.
  • If you have questions about retention or handling for a specific review, use the contact page before submitting sensitive material.
